Leicestershire Chamber of Commerce represents business of all sizes both in the County and the City of Leicester. The Chamber has grown from strength to strength over the last few years with a considerable amount of work by the President, Chairman, Directors and Staff of the Chamber.
Businesses in the Chamber are supported both individually and collectively by the range of expertise within the staff of the Chamber and with partner organisations ensuring the best skilled workforce possible and assisting in the marketing of their goods and services.
The City and County are at an exciting time with regeneration of the area and with the production of the Regional Economic Study, we will play our part in helping the East Midlands become one of the twenty most prosperous regions in Europe.
The completion of St Pancras as the United Kingdom Gateway to Europe will provide a further boost.
The latest report from Kate Barker and the recent Budget Statement could mean an improvement in the way planning applications are handled by understaffed and under resourced planning departments not to mention the Planning Inspectorate.
We always have an open invitation to our events and seminars – please see if you can attend at least two during the coming year.
