Integra is Leicestershire Chamber's Association of Women in Business.
Integra, officially launched in November 1995, is Leicestershire Chamber’s Association of Women in Business. It sets out to raise the profile and successes of women in the Leicestershire business community and provide networking, training and development opportunities.
Integra works in partnership with Leicestershire Chamber and partners to support existing and future business women, developing their personal and career potential through the exchange of information, ideas and opportunity, thus supporting growth in the local economy.
Aims and Objectives:
- To raise the profile and potential of women’s business and career issues throughout Leicestershire
- To assist existing and aspiring businesswomen to develop their potential and to prosper through membership of Integra
- To encourage women to network and develop by creating suitable opportunities and drawing upon facilities by the Chamber
Method:
- Monthly Networking Lunches – with informational business speakers
- Dinners and sponsor events - 3 times a year, with high profile speakers who inspire and share their business success stories.
- Mentoring Programme – to help aspiring and existing business women find and reach their potential.
- Fundraising and Fun events- to provide opportunities for informal networking and personal development/challenge
