Leicestershire Chamber is pleased to announce access to Electronic documents using the e.Cert service. 

Members can register for the service to send email online documents to the Chamber which will then Xpress back to them same day.

Note that this service is only available to current fully-paid up members of the Leicestershire Chamber of Commerce.

Costs of e.Cert Electronic Documents available.

European Certificate of Origin @ £21.15 each inclusive of VAT (certifying fee)

EUR & ATR movement certs @ £18.00 each inclusive of VAT.

Payment should be made either
1) prior to submission – by Imprest account or prepaid EC documents
